a whole new ancient world...

tomorrow 4:30 a.m.
i'm gonna board the first of two planes that will take me to the ancient world. with a digi rebel, powerbook and cell phone in hand, i'll guide 20 businessmen to meetings with potential clients and then take off to see a whole new world.

what should I buy? what shoes should I wear? what if it's raining? should I blog? do people read blogs? did the media pick up my press releases? did i remember to pack my passport? did i even start packing yet? hmm...nope.

anyway. i hear there's a typhoon (typhoon chanchu) off the coast of hong kong. and while I'm not going there, that could dampen my plans...BUT oh BUT WAIT. I can't wait. I'm so excited that I even got my very first photography lesson. you'll be interested to know that i shall try to take at least some pictures NOT in "dummy mode"...because apparently that's what I'd been doing...
